You don’t have to feel this alone.

Parenting a neurodivergent child—especially in the middle school years—can feel overwhelming.

You may be:

  • Wondering if you’re the only one struggling

  • Feeling isolated, misunderstood, or second-guessed

  • Scared about what the future holds

  • Torn between advocating fiercely and simply trying to make it through the day

If this is you… you’re not failing. You’re human. And you don’t have to do this without support.

You have been carrying more than anyone realizes.

If you have a neurodivergent child, you’ve probably heard it all:

  • “They just need to be more motivated.”

  • “They need to focus.”

  • “They’re capable… if they’d only try.”

And those phone calls from school?
It’s never the celebration of what your child did right. It’s the list of what’s wrong, what’s missing, or what needs “fixing.”

You’re tired.
You’re doing the best you can with the information you’ve been given.
And deep down, you know your child isn’t a problem to solve—they’re a person who needs support, understanding, and strategies that fit their brain.

I’m Here to Guide You Through This Season

My name is Michelle Piasecki, and I’m a neurodiversity family coach who blends:

  • 16 years as a middle school ELA teacher and literacy coach

  • Lived experience as a parent of a neurodivergent child

  • Coaching tools rooted in curiosity, compassion, and strategy

I understand both sides of the equation—the classroom and the home.
I know the language schools speak… and the reality parents live.
And I help families bridge that gap with clarity, confidence, and individualized support.

Meet Michelle

You don’t need a one-size-fits-all plan. You need individualized tools and a community that gets it.

Here’s how we work together:

Support Groups

A safe, judgment-free space where you can:

  • Connect with parents who truly understand

  • Share challenges and wins

  • Build community so you no longer feel isolated

  • Learn practical strategies together

1:1 Coaching

Personalized support to help you:

  • Create a roadmap tailored to your child’s needs

  • Build routines and strategies that actually work

  • Communicate effectively with teachers and therapists

  • Support your child while still honoring your own self-care

  • Use tools—from journaling prompts to questioning frameworks—that shift overwhelm into clarity

When you’re supported, your child is supported.
And when families feel seen, understood, and equipped, everything begins to change.
